Welcome to our online reservation system - WebTrac!
In our continuing efforts to improve our customer service, we are pleased to offer WebTrac as another way to access information about, to reserve and to pay for the use of our facilities and programs.
WebTrac provides the following options that enable you to:
- Search - for recreation activities, facilities to reserve, center memberships, and rentable items.
- Shop - enroll in a program, reserve a facility or rental item, and renew a membership.
- My Account - look up your previous purchases, reprint a receipt, print a roster (list) of programs for your household, print a calendar of your household signups, pay old balances due us, change your WebTrac user name or password, change your household information, and make changes to the members of your household.
- View Cart - view items you are reserving during this session of WebTrac.
- Check Out - pay for the items you are reserving during this session of WebTrac.
- Sign Out - log off of WebTrac.
- Contact Us - have WebTrac e-mail us your comments and contact information.
There are three ways you can access WebTrac.
- Sign in as a "Guest" - Guests are limited to only the Search, Sign Out, and Contact Us options.
- Sign in as a "User" - Households that are in our database from having completed transactions with us in the past have been given a computer generated "User Name" based on the home phone number and a password based on your zip code. After you sign in for the first time, WebTrac will require you to change your "User Name" and "Password."
- Sign in as a "New User" - For households and individuals that have never done business with our department before, WebTrac will take you to a registration page where you will need to create your household account before entering WebTrac.
